The authorization for mobile app and their website may NOT synchronize with each other smoothly like other platforms do.

You may select: Proceed to X Sign-In, to sign-in again. Select Troubleshoot, to get help. Or Change Sign-In using a different platform, to sign-in.

PROBLEM:

When attempting to sign-in, you keep seeing this page.

SOLUTION #1:

  1. On your mobile device's browser, go to https://x.com manually.
  2. Sign-in manually to force your browser to remember which / account you wish to use.
  3. Once signed in, return to https://localhost:7043/signin/x and click on the Proceed to Sign-In button.


SOLUTION #2:

Clear your browser's cookies.

Safari Browser:

  1. Open your Settings app
  2. Apps
  3. Safari
  4. Advanced
  5. Website Data
  6. Tap Remove All Website Data

Apple Chrome Browser:

  1. Tap on the More in the Chrome app
  2. Delete Browsing Data
  3. Choose Cookies
  4. Tap on Delete Browsing Data button
  5. Clear Browsing Data
  6. Tap Done

Android Chrome Browser:

  1. Tap on the More in the Chrome app
  2. Choose a duration or leave 15 Minutes default alone.
  3. Tap on More Options
  4. Place a checkmark on Cookies and site data
  5. Tap on Delete Data button

Android Firefox Browser:

  1. Tap on the More in the Firefox app
  2. Choose Settings
  3. Delete Browsing Data
  4. Place a checkmark on Cookies and site data
  5. Tap on Delete browsing data button
  6. Tap Done.\
